Camp Overview
Join us this summer for four unforgettable days of gospel-centered teaching, friendship, worship, and adventure. Kids will explore what it means to be a warrior for Christβcalled by grace, equipped with truth, and sent with purpose.
- Camp teaching based on Ephesians 6:10β18 (The Armor of God)
- Interactive Bible sessions, small groups, worship, games, and outdoor fun
- Designed for ages 9β13
- Hosted by the Coulee Baptist Association
- Held at the beautiful Ingalls Creek Center

Sleeping Arrangements: Campers will sleep in large rooms with bunk beds. Boys and girls will have separate bunk rooms, each supervised by trained adult leaders to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Health and Safety
We will have a camp nurse to dispense medications and administer first aid.
Medications:
Prescription and over-the-counter medications must be turned in to the camp nurse in their original containers. Place all medications into a ziploc bag labeled with the camper’s name and date of birth. Include a doctor’s note for any medications that require a different dosage than the listed instructions. The health form is included on the registration form.
Leaders and volunteers:
All leaders and volunteers must register to attend, have the approval of their home church/pastor, and will need to pass a background check.

Cost and Payment
Each camper or volunteer chooses from 3 payment tiers based on their family’s ability. The camp experience is the same at every tier.
If additional assistance is needed beyond Tier 3:
1. Contact your home church
2. If your church is unable to assist, it may contact the association for support
Payment Instructions:
All payments should be submitted to your home church. Please note the payment is for CBA Kids’ Camp. Churches will send payments directly to the Coulee Baptist Association.
What to Bring and What NOT to Bring
What to Bring
- Bible
- Notebook and pen/pencil
- Sleeping bag and pillow
- Water Bottle
- Toiletries (toothbrush, soap, towel, etc.)
- Flashlight with extra batteries
- Clothes for warm and cool weather
- Shorts, long pants, long-sleeve shirts, jacket
- Modest swimwear
- Running shoes, socks, etc.
What NOT to Bring
- Electronics (phones, tablets, etc. β cameras okay)
- Knives or weapons of any kind
- Drugs, alcohol, or controlled substances
- Pets
- Fireworks, matches, or lighters
Directions to Camp
Ingalls Creek Center is located 12 miles southeast of Leavenworth, just off Hwy 97.
From Hwy 2 & Hwy 97:
- Travel south on Hwy 97 for 7 miles
- Turn west at milepost #178, across from The Rock CafΓ©
- Cross the bridge and turn left onto Ingalls Creek Road
- Camp entrance is 1 mile ahead on the left
